  • Overview

    The Digital Marketing Specialist role focuses on the execution and management of holistic digital marketing strategies, with an emphasis on providing the consumer an exceptional experience online for the Amer Sports Winter Outdoor (ASWO) brand portfolio including Salomon, Suunto, and Atomic. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the ASWO Brand Marketing teams, Commercial teams, Creative Services team, as well as with the Consumer Experience team in order to orchestrate well-aligned digital marketing program implementations according to commercial and brand/category strategy.

    What You'll Do

    Social Media:

    • Utilizing social listening software, continually audit and engage with North American Salomon, Suunto, and Atomic brand mentions on social media platforms
    • Weekly posting on ASWO social channels (supplement global brand social media community management with local content)
    • Further develop local social media strategy and communicate with community managers across brands and categories
    • Have a full working knowledge and ability to manage social media dashboards for the execution and analysis of digital marketing programs
    • Research and develop additional methods and strategies to help broaden and elevate ASWO brands on social media

    Influencer Marketing:

    • Coordinate and build relationships with North American social influencers across the Salomon, Suunto, and Atomic brands
    • Work with brand marketing teams to build and maintain influencer campaign calendar then execute campaigns using inluencer management tool
    • Analyze and optimize influencer programs
    • Continuously monitor Influencer Marketing trends and management platforms

    Digital Toolkits:

    • Collaborate with Creative Services team for seasonal digital toolkits across ASWO brands
    • Continuously evolve and optimize seasonal digital marketing toolkits based on engagement data

    Specialty Retailer Digital Marketing Support:

    • Own digital marketing toolkit distribution through our strategic partnership with the Promoboxx tool
    • Responsible for on-boarding new retailers to the Promoboxx platform
    • Work with sales team on marketing development fund allocation for retailer boosted Facebook posts via the Promoboxx platform

    Online Advertising:

    • Assist Digital Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of endemic advertising and paid social advertising

    • Interpret data and metrics to continually evaluate ROAS of online advertising programs

    Other:

    • Participate in Amer Sports Americas transformation PMO
    • Update relevant fields in the Digital Marketing dashboard on a monthly basis

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 3+ years strategic digital marketing experience, preferably within the outdoor and sporting goods industries
    • Experience in consumer goods, where Marketing is a key driver of growth and success
