    We have an exciting opportuinty within our Arc’teryx brand for a part-time Showroom Coodinator. This position will drive excellence by executing and maintaining a high level of brand and showroom standards through the support of respective Go-To Market (GTM) teams and B2B customers.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage all aspects of showroom operations including initiatives, policies, procedures and facility maintenance
    • Support seasonal sell in, including sample processing and management, merchandising showroom, support of customer product presentations and meetings
    • Provide excellent sales support to regional sales teams in areas of budget management, facilities management, sample requests, and sales tools and systems
    • Work closely with sales team to identify seasonal sample needs, preparing showroom and travel sample sets that are complete for sell-in meetings
    • Own planning and execution of regional tradeshow brand presence, including calendar/timeline management, identifying resource, supply and other needs, organizing set-up and tear down, and replacing all supplies and product back in showroom or storage (2-4 times per year)
    • Own inventory and sample processing/requests across all brands by creating a calendar, receiving samples, organizing sample lines, and tracking to record against sample budget analysis
    • Manage all aspects of shipping/receiving, office supplies, and catering
    • 10-20 hours per week


    What We're Looking For

    • Strong Organizational skills
    • Outlook/Excel proficient  
    • Self-motivated
    • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not necessary
    • Ability to lift 50lbs
    • Means of own transportation
