    The Product Line Manager develops product offers corresponding to the expectations of targeted consumers and business objectives. The Product Line Manager develops the strategy and profitability of the category, working with the objectives and values defined by the group.

    What You'll Do

    • Leads presentations and discussions with global sales teams, marketing teams and key dealers to gather insights that inform product and line development.
    • Communicate new product direction through product briefs to the design/development team
    • Create softgoods category line plan incorporating brand business objectives and goals for revenue and margin
    • Provide category direction consistent with the brand’s overall vision
    • Build and accurately maintain product line plan and key style attributes in PLM system (centric) and necessary line planning and line review tools
    • Responsible for engaging the product team in development and commercialization process by hitting calendar dates and product milestones
    • Organize and analyze feedback from global sales and marketing teams to inform future development and product offerings
    • Establish product cost targets with product team to ensure all margin objectives are achieved
    • Support marketing and sales departments in the commercialization process and product launch 
    • Actively monitor market studies, trends, competitors, and have a good overview of consumers’ needs
    • Conduct studies on the competition; gather feedback from sales channels, buyers or markets to help develop product lines. 

    What We're Looking For

    • Good command of English
    • Microsoft Office and knowledge of PLM systems. Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite is a plus
    • Output orientation: A proactive and organized individual with clear communication to other groups within the company
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate workload demands, communciate project status appropiately and maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability
    • Strong hands-on problem solving, organization and communication skills. Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can work on multiple projects efficiently
    • Sense of customer service: Understand and integrate the needs of interna/external clients, in order to repsond adequately in line with the interest of the company
    • Ability to work as a team member and collaborate: Promote information sharing and team spirit, contributing to collective efficiency
    • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to manage uncertainty and make decisions with qualitative data
    • Professional commitment: Demonstrate passion and personal investment in order to develop best-in-class products
    • 5+ years of experience in product line management, product merchandising, buying or another related field
    • Proven ability to lead with market relevant insights to product introductions & product line extensions
    • Personnel management experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business, science or related field
