    ENVE is seeking an experienced Consumer & Dealer Service Representative to provide world-class service to our customers, with the goal of creating and facilitating loyalty, by expediently and accurately working through orders, program discussions, technical questions, and serving as a crucial cross-functional team member.

     

    What You'll Do

    Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Communicate expert knowledge of ENVE product details, configurations, and programs to customers and dealers
    • Respond to email and phone inquiries from individual consumers, determine the needs of the customer, and provide the proper recommendations based on those needs
    • Guide customers and dealers through ENVE warranty and loyalty programs
    • Discuss programs with dealer according to stocking dealer level
    • Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn programs (SAP, Zendesk, Magento, Dordstatt, 3CX, SalesForce) and dealer level programs (Dealer Employee Purchases, stocking orders, one-time orders
    • Enter and maintain accurate sales orders, and follow sales orders through to fulfillment
    • Cross-functional communication with sales support and other internal personnel to resolve concerns
    • Cross-functional assistance with Regional Sales Managers, Outside Sales Representatives and Rep Groups, Consumer Experience Team, Operations Team
    • Meet or exceed personal benchmarking goals for order entry, phone metrics, response times

    What We're Looking For

    This role requires fluency in English. Ability to communicate in one of the following languages is a plus, but not required: French, Spanish, Italian or German. Prior experience in customer support in the bicycle industry is preferred.

     

    Additional qualifications include:

    • A genuine love for the consumer experience, sales and service
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Must have an understanding and knowledge of the bicycle industry, channels, and culture
    • Possess basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies (MS Office and SAP a +)
    • Adaptable and capable of multi-tasking, problem solving and thriving in a busy environment individually and in a team
