Ecommerce Operations Intern
As Ecommerce Operations Intern, you will help support the Ecommerce team with many daily tasks and also help define new processes to aid in operational efficiency. Our Ecommerce team encompasses both D2C (Direct to Consumer) and D2X (Direct to Exclusive), and in this role you will help support both sides of the business. On the D2C side, you will help with creating, running, and analyzing reports, on-site merchandising, and updating promotional plans. On the D2X side, you will manage the application process, respond to consumer inquiries, create, run and analyze reports, and proactively reach out to clubs and associations to grow our D2X business with a new expert segment. This is an hourly, paid position that will run from January 2019 through July 2019 (exact timing TBD). The internship will require a commitment of approximately 20-30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
Reporting: Reporting on KPIs in order to push for improvement in each area of the business: Traffic, AOV, Conversion, Database, Reviews, etc.
Merchandising: Align marketing activities and product launches. Execute e-commerce campaigns and monitor ROAS and deadlines of the campaigns. Ensure pricing, display, navigation, stock, and shopping cart are ready to sell the product. Make sure that all e-commerce related activities respect brand image and commercial guidelines.
Planning: Manage time effectively, multi-task, meet deadlines, accurately complete tasks, attention to detail
D2X Application Process Management: Establish a process for approving D2X applicants inclusive of timing, required documentation, tracking, and reporting.
