Territory Manager - Arc'teryx
The Territory Manager will be joining our stellar national sales team covering an average of 50 accounts in the Midwest region (Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana). The position encompasses the Arc’teryx product line.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to promote, support and sell the Arc’teryx product within the assigned geographic area. You will be building detailed plans for growth in current targets, in addition to identifying new growth opportunities. Developing and maintaining effective relationships with accounts is key to the success of this position. You will be the resident expert in selling, marketing and branding. As the expert, you will enable the retail staff to confidently represent our brand and drive sales. Along with the staff, you will be able to identify growth opportunities with community events and help elevate brand awareness.

What do we need from you? At least 3 years of Sales experience in the Outdoor industry. You are great at quickly building rapport and trust with the retail staff. Your in-store presence will empower them to create solutions for the customer. Everywhere you go you leave a lasting impression with your product knowledge and expertise. Your presentation skills shine and you take pride in your work.
You must be proficient in utilizing our reporting to maximize your business. Reporting your success is critical to the overall strategy of the team and brand. You will be working with excel documents and a sales portal, creating and disseminating reports.
