We are currently seeking a Data Insights and Analytics Manager that will impact business actions and strategy by developing a company-wide digital analytics platform for sharing data driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders including, Brands, GTM, Marketing, B2C (Ecom + Retail), Etail and Wholesale channels. This role works with leaders across business functions to prioritize analytics activities and business use cases in line with business strategy. 

 

The Manager works to identify key stakeholders in business roles who can leverage the analytics platform to help generate business value within their business function. This role also coordinates and manages internal and external communication with agencies, IT and Digital Services to develop advanced analytical methods and ensure quality of data.  Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Leads strategic use, adoption and best practices of digital analytics, personalization and testing.
  • Partners with brand digital analytics and platform leads to identify and recommend platform feature requirements and development roadmap aligned with brand strategic business objectives.
  • Works with leading industry experts and technology providers to ensure the company derives maximum value from its platform investments and to ensure it meets the latest industry standards
  • Maximizes cross brand synergies to establish and maintain scalable web and mobile tagging standards and implementation frameworks to track appropriate consumer experiences.
  • Collaborate with brands and technology partners to maximize platform features and share best practices across the brand teams.
  • Manages relationship with digital analytics technology and service providers, including contractual arrangements, ongoing platform availability, support and development.
  • Maintains a detailed understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing platforms as well as data flows and processes.
  • Develops a rational operating framework that allows business users to articulate needs and translate them into a clear measurement model.
  • Develops workflows to maintain high data quality.
  • Works with legal teams to ensure digital analytics platforms and website tracking methods are conform with data protection and privacy regulations
  • Works with leading industry experts and technology providers to ensure data collection methods and processing are up to date and conform with how the industry is evolving and responding to data protection and privacy regulations.

Shift:  8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Travel:  Some travel required, possibly 4-5 trips per year

Passport:  Will need to have an active Passport available

This role requires a Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Statistics; Master’s degree preferred. We are looking for a candidate with 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, data analysis/reporting and performance marketing, with a multi-national scope; experience should be in consumer goods where marketing is a key driver of growth and success. Other qualifications include:

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High proficiency with leading the ecommerce analytics ecosystem using Adobe Analytics & TargetAdvanced experience with Tag Management Systems (Adobe Launch) to deploy 3rd party tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and business acumen in an ecommerce environment with finance understanding
  • Ability to work within a highly technical environment
  • Fluent communication skills in English

 

HIGHLY BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools like Adobe Audience Manager
  • Experience in consumer goods
  • Drive, enthusiasm, interpersonal collaboration & networking skills
  • Understanding of national specificities in the context of international projects
  • Developed negotiating skills
  • Consumer-focused
  • Ability to work in a decentralized, matrix team environment
  • Other languages outside of English a plus
