What You'll Do

We are currently seeking an E-Com D2X professional to manage our Amer Sports Pro Club Platform in North America. The Pro Club provides exclusive access to our brands for Pro’s and other qualified opinion leaders. This role will ensure a great platform user experience and will manage all programs across different target audiences.      

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Manages the shared D2X platform regarding user experience, account management, membership service and content.
  • Supports the platform development and improvement of the user experience and interface.
  • Manages the D2X programs roll out, execution and post-analysis for North America.
  • Supports the acquisition of D2X programs across all target groups and brands.
  • Translates the regional brands’ digital marketing calendars into B2X relevant campaigns.
  • Builds and manages the seasonal content- and promotion plan in cooperation with brand E-Com Managers.
  • Manages the program validation process with brands.
  • Manages the content of the portfolio-portal (Amer Sports Pro Club).
  • Works closely with the Brand E-Shop Managers to ensure alignment between the portfolio-portal and the brand e-shops merchandising.
  • Works with Brand D2X Managers to align program strategies and ensure operational excellence.
  • Manages digital communication and engagement with the X-Customer according to the global brand guidelines and strategies.
  • Tracks, analyses and reports the regional D2X KPI’s.
  • Manages account related customer service together with the external CS Center.
  • Supports external CS with specific B2X training, manage level 2 CS contact.

 

Shift:  8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

This role requires a Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing; Masters degree preferred.  We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or ecommerce.  Work experience should be in consumer goods where marketing is a key driver of growth and success.  Other qualifications include:

 

  • Good knowledge of the products and the environment, command of the warrantee policy
  • Develop and manage operational results: set ambitious targets, achieve them and recognize when to step back in order to improve the results. Be proactive, assert themselves when making decisions.
