What You’ll Do

The Digital Analytics Analyst delivers and supports a comprehensive digital analytics platform to allow business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions to support sales, merchandising and inventory management. The role supports the company strategic business planning process by developing digital analytics capabilities and a personalized consumer experience. This role works with IT teams and external partners to coordinate the ongoing development of the enterprise data layer and tag management system as well as the personalization and analytics platform in line with business requirements expressed and prioritized with brands.


 Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Partners with business stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities that support D2C business strategy. Gathers and Translates business requirements into deliverables.
  • Coordinate implementation of data layer and tag management system within an Agile development environment.
  • Develops QA workflows to ensure all new development features include appropriate tagging/tracking
  • Runs regular platform demonstrations to showcase new analytics features/capabilities to drive analytics maturity and efficiency.
  • Coordinates ongoing analytics, testing and personalization support across brands with external partner.
  • Continually develops & delivers training modules to end users to drive adoption and increase data literacy
  • Works with brand digital teams to ensure website data collection meets data protection and privacy standards
  • Maintain competitive and marketplace awareness via research and benchmarks of best-in-class approaches and techniques to respond to evolving data collection and privacy standards.
  • Manages platform user administration, supports end users & resolves data issues/questions
  • Audits data, dashboards & usage/adoption

Shift:  8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

This role requires a Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Statistics; Master’s degree preferred.  We are looking for a candidate with 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, data analysis/reporting and performance marketing, with a multi-national scope; experience should be in consumer goods where marketing is a key driver of growth and success.  Other qualifications include:


  • Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
  • Proficiency with using and analyzing data
  • Strong understanding of and sensitivity towards data integrity and cleanliness
  • Familiarity in programming languages strongly preferred
  • Advanced experience with data visualization/story-telling techniques
  • Ability to work within a highly technical environment
  • Advanced experience deploying Adobe Analytics and Target
  • Advanced experience with Tag Management Systems (Adobe Launch) to deploy 3rd party tools
  • Finance understanding
  • Influence without authority
  • Drive, enthusiasm, interpersonal collaboration & networking skills
  • Understanding of national specificities in the context of international projects
  • Developed negotiating skills
  • Consumer-focused
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Ability to work in a decentralized team environment
  • Advanced SQL query knowledge strongly preferred
  • Fluent communication skills in English, other languages a plus
