The Epicenter Leader is responsible for coordinating and executing a unified and consistent brand experience in the region, across all channels. This role acts as the hub, working collaboratively with sales agencies, partners, and ambassadors, while building relationships to elevate the brand at relevant distribution points. This position acts as the face of the brand in the field and provides valuable insight on industry trends, competitor benchmarking and product feedback.
This role is responsible for supporting sell-through and driving consumer demand at multiple touchpoints, with a focus on activating demos, trials, and local events. This is a field based role responsible for supporting the growth of the Salomon business in southern New England with a focus on Boston and extending out as directed.
SCOPE OF WORK: Salomon Alpine (40%), Run (20%), Outdoor (20%), Nordic (10%), Lifestyle (5%), Snowboard (5%). Priorities defined seasonally by manager.

This role requires 1-3 years practical experience in the running, outdoor and/or winter sports industry, and a B.S. or B.A. in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
