What You'll Do

We are looking for a strong individual to lead Etail and Ecommerce in the Americas for Atomic.  This role is responsible to develop and implement the operational ecommerce strategy in the Americas and be the key stakeholder in managing and tracking key accounts within the etail sales channel.  Key objectives include:

 

  • Deliver the annual sales, margin and EBIT identified in the strategic plan for the region.
  • Collaborate with Atomic Brand and Digital marketing to create outstanding consumer experiences in Ecommerce.
  • Maximize Etail and Ecommerce business potential for Atomic in the region.
  • Define the Ecommerce requirements (toolbox, site experience, services, etc) necessary to win online, and to represent the market to the Global Brand.

Provide Etail expertise for Atomic:

  • Collaborate with ASA Team to achieve overall annual sales and marketing targets
  • Align with Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing on Etail channel marketing strategies and support individual accounts
  • Manage new item setup for key etail accounts, including but not limited to EVO, REI, Backcountry.com, Corbetts, Oberson
  • Review performance of campaigns and make real-time adjustments
  • Support Digital Marketing in developing a comprehensive Etail channel marketing toolbox that delivers an exceptional digital brand and product experience
  • Assist global and local GTM Team with prioritizing and quantifying opportunities
  • Support the Sales and Marketing Team in helping to develop Joint Business Plans
  • Manage all aspects of reporting for the Atomic brand as it relates to key etail sales growth
  • Assist with Atomic global and local teams to manage financial plans and forecasting

Oversee the operational aspects for Ecommerce including:

  • Collaborate with Global Team, provide requirements and ensure sufficiency of the platform for the Americas - including UI/UX optimization – monitors and relays any outages to the Global team
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders in the creation and evolution of the Americas D2C/D2X strategy and roadmap. This includes the DOC, Market Managers, Sales Ops.
  • Oversees regional reporting for the Atomic brand on ecommerce channels.
  • Works with Market Managers to build Inventory Plans, track inventory performance, and make recommendations.
  • Track industry and competitor tools and trends.
  • Monitor performance of 3P providers and identify with Manager the appropriate partners to develop sales.

What We're Looking For

This role requires a Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related area (or equivalent combination of education and experience).  Masters degree preferred.  We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years work experience in ecommerce, including:

  • Strong in digital marketing and project management
  • Experience developing strategy and holding responsibility of revenue, margin and opex in ecommerce
  • Experience in Etail Relations and/or Etail Account Management
  • Experience in sporting goods industry; the athletic or outdoor market
