What You'll Do

This key role drives our marketing efforts in North America and works in close collaboration with the local team in Ogden, as well as with HQ in Finland.  We seek an ambitious and motivated person who understands marketing and is passionate about the outdoors.

 

  • Actively manage marketing efforts with Key Retailers, support both internal and external customers
  • Own and execute digital strategy and spend
  • Closely collaborate with global marketing team to amplify global messaging
  • Regionalize key initiatives and provide regional market insights/best practices
  • Create marketing support and collaterals to drive on-line and in-store excellence that results in increased sell-thru
  • Support Key Account Managers with digital excellence, reviews, and product pages
  • Manage paid media, outside agencies and vendors
  • Actively manage marketing budget and adjust spend
  • Localize launch toolboxes & support key retailer meetings
  • Oversee Ambassador and Athlete program

What We're Looking For

Experience we seek:

 

  • 1-3+ years creating & driving campaigns in the Digital/E-Commerce/Retail spheres
  • Digital fluency and hands-on experience in Web Analytics tools like Google 360
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to synthesize complex technologies into compelling user benefits
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and best in practice technologies
  • Budget planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Strong digital marketing skillset and experience
  • Sophisticated understanding of best in class marketing practices
  • Vendor management and negotiation prowess
  • Passion for outdoor activities and a get after it mentality
  • Strong work ethic

Proficiency in English

Computer Skills:

  • Adobe Analytics
  • Google Analytics
  • Power BI
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook/Instagram Ads
  • Microsoft Office and Adobe CS

Education:  Undergraduate Degree in business with focus on marketing  

 

Travel:  Passport and able to travel domestic / international
