What You'll Do

The Marketing Intern will work directly with the digital and brand marketing teams to support seasonal go to market efforts including support of email campaigns, ambassador team, reporting, product ordering, content, and competitor research.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:


  • Email set up, based on briefs, including resizing images and checking/coordinating inventory levels
  • Reporting weekly on CRM performance using tools such as Salesforce and Adobe Analytics
  • Deploy ambassador and influencer campaigns based on briefs
  • Curate user generated content to distribute to teams
  • Promotion product ordering with customer service as needed
  • Support brand managers with content shoot needs including gathering samples, creating pre-shoot mood boards, location scouting, outfit merchandising
  • Maintain seasonal content collection links on the DAM as new assets become available
  • Work with brand managers on consumer research projects
  • Conduct competitive marketing analysis per category

  • This role requires a bachelor's degree (or completion of a degree within 2 years) in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge and interest in the outdoor industry preferred
  • Solution-oriented thinking: Ability to understand long-term goals by sport category and work with efficiency
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Excellent relationship and communication skills with great ability to work with all levels of the organization as well as external customers, vendors, and business partners
  • Formal Presentation: Ability to present information clearly to large groups in person and in writing
  • Proficiency in the following applications: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Words), Adobe Analytics, and common social media platforms
  • Time management: Ability to prioritize and deliver key responsibilities on time
