We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Armada team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design with a focus on hardgood graphics, creating both digital and trade marketing materials. As a Graphic Designer you will assist the Creative Director, Marketing and Product teams.

Key responsibilities of this position:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand objectives and target audience.
• Assist in the design process for hardgood graphics, including top sheets, base graphics, and sidewall designs, ensuring they are visually appealing and reflect the brand's aesthetic.
• Contributes logo and art needs for softgoods.
• Create engaging marketing materials such as advertisements, catalogs, packaging, and digital assets that effectively communicate brand messaging and product features.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis to continuously innovate and elevate the brand's design standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide creative/design support as needed, expanding the reach of our services within the organization.
• Responsible for managing all files needed to complete projects with foreign and domestic vendors. Includes using a clear and organized file system that is continually backed up.

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of relevant experience.

Other qualifications include: 

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the action sports industry.
• Experience working within retail a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in hardgood graphics, marketing materials, and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for winter sports and a deep understanding of the culture and lifestyle associated with the industry.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, after effects and InDesign.
• Content management capabilities
• Fluent communication skills in English
